With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, it is our experience that will make the difference in the success of your project. My passion started out in high school excelling in construction and shop class's. Through early opportunities I began working on commercial job sites as a registered apprentice. My love for business and challenge lead me to running my own contracting business for 12 years before deciding to pursue a career as a project manager. For over ten years Devin has been successfully managing high end custom homes and custom renovations in the greater Edmonton and Calgary areas.

From project management to accounting to hands on at the job site, I am your boutique builder who understands how important the client and builder relationship truly is. I will be apart of your life for the next few years, my goal is to make your custom home build a positive, smooth, stress free experience.

I use only the highest quality materials and construction techniques to ensure that our homes are built to last.

Beyond quality of products, my process is to ensure high level accuracy to meet budget and my clients expectations. The saying goes, "go slow so we can go fast". Its all in the initial plan. Lets build your home on paper so construction is a breeze!

Due to a string of break-ins our client wanted to secure the building to prevent future intruders gaining access. We added 6 steel bollards, security film on the doors and window glass, topped it off with a 12ft wide automated security door. Siding was completed in a Westform 24 gauge Canyon grey wood grain metal.
This 38ft x 54ft x 11.5 ft (interior height) shop is the definition of the absolute mancave. Roofing material is Westform metals 26 gauge Prolok standing seam in black. Siding is Can-excel composite siding, custom painted in none other than Mackenzie Green. No other colour like it on earth!
Overhead doors are 10ft wide x 10ft tall with jack shaft side mount openers. Interior is cladded with Tou
This 18x24ft Custom addition is the ultimate covered deck. Cedar shiplap siding, pine tongue and groove ceilings, Deckmaster flooring and Phantom screen ready. This space is made for entertaining.
